Kishu Plum Wine

◆We use our location in Wakayama to make the most out of local Wakayama plum processing capabilities. Because we have a stable supply of the highest quality local plums in Wakayama, By applying such techniques, we produce plum juice fructose extract using sun-ripened Nanko plums from the Kishu region of Wakayama, which is combined with wine yeast from the Brewing Society of Japan to brew plum wine. It has a natural, mellow flavor that can only be produced locally with a superbly balanced sweet and tart plum wine.

※Although some parts of the plums may float or sink in the liquor, this does not indicate a problem with quality or flavor. Please shake well before drinking.
