◆Nanko plums grown in Wakayama are steeped in sugar and distilled alcohol only, to which a generous helping of sparkling gold leaf has been added. Large 2L size plums (approx. 4 cm) are used in the plum liquor, which are picked fresh and steeped on the same day, then aged for more than a year and a half. This process results in a refreshing aroma and unique balance of tartness and sweetness for an old-fashioned flavor.
