◆To plum wine made with Nanko plums coming from Kishu, Wakayama Prefecture, we have added ginger juice with the pulp of home grown fruit.This is a plum wine with a refreshing and dry taste letting you enjoy the rich scent of plums and ginger as well as the strong bitterness peculiar to ginger. Also, no other ingredients except plums and ginger are used. Since it is a simple combination, you can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients.

Because plum wine with reduced amount of sugar is used, the amount of carbohydrates is cut considerably compared to conventional plum wine.
