◆Our Junmai Hon Mirin uses carefully selected domestic glutinous rice and malted rice made from ordinary rice for a pure rice brewed mirin using only authentic rice shochu. This variety does not contain any form of additives, such as brewing alcohol or sweeteners. Steamed glutinous rice and malted rice are added to the robust aroma characteristic of authentic rice shochu, carefully drawing out the refined sweetness and umami of the rice. This mirin offers a wonderful finish when used in foods.
