◆Fujishiro Mugen <Potato> does not have the strong scent and flavor of ingredients characteristic of authentic otsu-rui shochu, rather, the concept is ‘shochu that you’ll never grow tired of’. The goal of this product was a shochu that can be drunk as a relaxing daily nightcap. This variety has a flavor that does not overpower foods and that one does not grow tired of.
